Terms & Conditions of Service

The Front Row CEO Virtual Staffing service guarantees to provide up to 2 batches (3 candidates per batch) per sign-up.

One sign-up is good for one Virtual Assistant position/role. As soon as the sourcing process has started, any changes in the Job Description or VA position will not be entertained.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when you sign-up with, and as you use, Front Row CEO Virtual Staffing.

As soon you make your VA hire, Front Row CEO Virtual Staffing service is officially complete. We are not responsible for the management, training, payment or communication with your VA.

10-Day Guarantee

In the event that the VA hired does not perform satisfactorily, resigns or goes AWOL within 10-days from their official start date, we guarantee to send you a "second batch" of applicants free of charge.

Second Batch Request

In the rare instance that you feel none of the candidates on the Final Line-Up sent to you are the right fit, we guarantee to send you a "second batch" of applicants free of charge

Following the second batch of applicants being sent to you, your signup for the Front Row CEO Virtual Staffing service is considered finalized. If no hire is made after the second batch has been presented, it is purely your decision. Please note, no refund will be granted.

Please note that if a request for a second batch is made, the 10-Day Guarantee no longer applies.

Pricing

Prices for services offered may change at any time, and the Services do not provide price protection or refunds in the event of a price reduction or promotional offering.

Refund Requests

We operate on a strict no-refund policy, except for in the cases where a client decides to postpone hiring a VA following signing-up, and if no work has commenced on our end, a full refund will be granted, less any processing fees.

We are also happy to keep your account active for up to 6-months from the date of sign up, so you can come back to us when you're ready. Once this 6-month period elapses, the service is considered finished and final.

An alternative option would be to have someone else take over the account. Clients can give the contact details to the Project Manager, so Front Row CEO Virtual Staffing can contact the client who will be utilizing the service.

You have permission to use this website for purchasing our services, as well as information we provide on the subject of working with virtual assistant and outsourcing, as an industry.

By using the site, you agree to us handling this information and confirm that data you provide is accurate.

Liability Limitations

Front Row CEO Virtual Staffing is not liable for the actions of the people it helps to find work. Hiring VA with the use of our service allows you to work directly and independently with your chosen VA without the company's direct involvement. Please work with them using your best judgment in any and all cases.

Front Row CEO Virtual Staffing does not guarantee, represent, or warrant that your use of the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

You expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use, the Front Row CEO Virtual Staffing service is at your sole risk, the Front Row CEO Virtual Staffing service provides “as is” and “as available” for your use, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Front Row CEO Virtual Staffing shall use reasonable efforts to protect information submitted buy you in in connection with the Front Row Virtual Staffing service, but you agree that your submission of such information is at your sole risk and Front Row CEO Virtual Staffing hereby disclaims any and all liability to you for any loss or liability relating to such information in any way.

Front Row CEO Virtual Staffing does not represent or guarantee that the Front Row CEO Virtual Staffing service will be free from loss, corruption, attack, viruses, interference, hacking or other security intrusion, and Front Row CEO Virtual Staffing disclaims any liability relating there to.

Miscellaneous

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Front Row CEO Virtual Staffing and governs your use of the Front Row CEO Virtual Staffing Service. You also may be subject to additional terms and conditions that may apply when you use affiliate services.

If any part of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, that portion shall be construed in a manner consistent with applicable law to reflect, as nearly as possible, the original intentions of the parties, and the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect. Front Row CEO Virtual Staffing failure to enforce any right or provisions in this Agreement will not constitute a waiver of such or any other provision.

Front Row CEO Virtual Staffing will not be responsible for failures to fulfill any obligations due to causes beyond its control.
